I wanted to take a few minutes and let you know how much I appreciate all the work your company has done for us. I know we asked you to start and stop alot, but you as the consumate professional that you are, accepted the challenges and continued the work seemingly unaffected by the schedule we placed on you. I am most impressed with the attitude you displayed during the work. We asked you to do a number of very small projects, most of which alot of general contractors wouldn’t have done or would have priced so high we wouldn’t have gone forward with them and you gladly accepted the work and did so with a smile on your face and very kind words to show your appreciation for the opportunity.

It has been a pleasure working with you and I would not hesitate to call on you again for future work. I know that I have a dependable contractor in Dallas when the need arrises.
